Nor-Pak’s state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located in Pilot Mountain, just 20 minutes from the Piedmont Triad. Our trained and experienced production workers boast an admirable 75 years of combined experience. Most importantly of all is our ability to cater to your ever-changing needs - no matter how big or how small the project!

Our production lines can be manipulated to work with virtually any polybag size, along with your printed insert boards. Want Nor-Pak to handle the printing of your packaging components? Not a problem! We will manage the entire process for you, keeping you in the loop all the way.

Our process starts with orders being received via mail, fax or email. Confirmation of your order is sent to you via email. Once we receive your order, all goods are carefully checked in prior to production. Any variances or discrepancies will be noted and you will be contacted. Our graphic artist will email a virtual proof to you. Our proofs have image size, pantone colors and a virtual representation of your finished garment. This proof is generic so that you can then forward it to your customer. All of our separations and film output are done in house. This step enables us to adjust the separations to our equipment for the best possible results. And as part of our strict quality control process, careful documentation of your order is kept on file to ensure an exact match of any subsequent reorders.

Production is driven by one 10-color automatic press with electric print heads. The press is equipped with 2 flashes, allowing us to create very colorful designs on both light and dark shirts. Our automated press produces consistent prints from the first shirt to the last. We also use an 8-color manual press for short runs, samples, or orders requiring a fast turnover. All orders are shipped blind within 5 business days via UPS or freight line. But before they’re shipped out, orders are once again counted to ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered.
