Wayne Norton
President
Wayne began his career with Sara Lee Corporation in 1970 as Distribution Manager in South Carolina. In 1979, he moved to Winston-Salem to take a job with Lerin Cosmetics as Production Manager. Wayne started Nor-Pak Services in 1990. Nor-Pak Services is located in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. Wayne has worked in the textile industry his entire professional career, and has over thirty years experience in this field.
His hobbies include golfing, and golfing, and golfing. Wayne and his wife Wanda, live in King.

Erick Norton
Director of Operations
Erick joined Nor-Pak in 1996 as our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and quickly moved up to Director of Operations. With 12 years experience, Erick learned every facet of the business and is still learning to this day. "Here at Nor-Pak, we take pride in taking care of our customers."
Erick’s hobbies include golfing, hunting and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jan Reid
Office Administrator
Jan joined Nor-Pak in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly moved up to Office Administrator. She is an excellent problem solver and has the ability to lead and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, anything you need, Jan will find the answer. She grew up in North Carolina, graduated from Appalachian State University and has a background in management.
Jan’s hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, reading, music and spending time with her family.

Plant Manager
Sonia came with Nor-Pak 2000. She is Plant Manager and oversees all aspects of packaging with a conscientious eye for quality and job performances. She brought with her 10 years of experience in the textile industry.
Sonia’s hobbies are watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family.

Marc Chenoweth
Print Department Manager
Marc has been in the Screen Printing business for 14 years. Starting at ground level, he has learned all aspects of the screen printing field through first-hand experience. Marc joined Nor-Pak in January, 2011 as Print Department Manager.
Marc’s hobbies include spending time with his wife and going to see live music shows with his friends and family. He lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Dave Shaw
Sales Executive
Dave joined Nor-Pak in 2010 as a Sales Executive. With over 20 years of experience as a top producing sales expert in apparel decoration, Dave has now branched out and is highly committed to Nor-Pak’s sales in both Packaging and Screen Printing/Embroidery. Dave quickly establishes a rapport with each customer as an experienced professional who excels in uncovering customer needs, providing solutions, handling objections and closing sales.
Dave’s hobbies are wood working restoration projects, motorcycles and racing.

Mandi Hiatt
Sales Executive
Mandi joined Nor-Pak in February, 2009, working in our call center. She is now one of our top
Sales Executives. Her main goal is to see that all customers receive exactly what they need in
a timely manner. No order is too big or small. She gives her full attention to every customer.
Mandi has 10 years experience in sales; she really enjoys working with all types of businesses
and people.
Mandi’s hobbies include being involved with the community, watching and coaching her kid’s
sports and most of all spending time with family and friends.
